Inspire 2 syncing issues

My inspire 2 is counting steps on my watch but when I sync to my phone, it’s saying 0 steps and no sleep info, but is giving me a calorie burned amount. This was since trying (and failing) to add my sons ace 2 to my app. 

how can I fix this? App is up to date, phone software is up to date, I have restarted my watch.
