Hi - my Inspire 2 fitbit is no longer responsive. It doesn’t show the time when I move my wrist, it takes a few hard taps for it to ‘wake up’, and the side buttons don’t vibrate or do anything at all now. I’ve fully charged it, and tried to reset it by holding down the side buttons…nothing. I’ve even changed the time display via the app to wake it up. It changes, but then it goes back to being unresponsive. Anyone got any other good ideas I could try? Many thanks! Claire

Hi @Claire_is_tired Itsou d's like you have tried all the usual 'fixes'. I'd suggest you contact Fitbit Support and hope they can help you.
