Inspire 2 will not sync

  • Last sync that my phone shows was 28 Nov 2022... nothing since then.  When I try to sync it tells me "sync is taking a while" and goes no further.  I've logged out and in on Fitbit app, put Bluetooth off and on, restarted my phone and restarted my inspire 2, all to no avail. Getting really frustrated now!

That's the exact same date mine quit syncing also! And I get the same message.

Me too still not working have you fixed yours yet?

It seems to be working at present... I forced a software update to my phone (with the help of the guys in the EE shop).
