Please help.
cleaned the leads etc. only says it goes to 1%. Won’t charge past that.

It’s barely over a year old and Fitbit says there is nothing they can do. No fix. And no replacement.

It is possible to replace the battery, but it takes some technological know how as you have to disassemble the fitbit and requires soldering, so it's not easy. You might call your local electronic repair places and see what they would charge if they do it.

Hello Yojana,
it is misleading to say Fitbit addressed the problem. They said I have to get a new one. I do not plan to buy another product that seems designed to stop working in one year.
really, This Fitbit is not very fit for use.
