Inspire 2 won't charge

I can't charge my Inspire 2.  it remains at 1% no matter where I try to charge it.  The clock face stays black until I disconnect and then reconnect the watch.  It gives me the smiley face and looks like its charging but isn't. I've cleaned it and its dry.  I woke up days ago to it being at 1% and it remains there.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the problem you're experiencing with your Inspire 2.

Before considering other options and if this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article. If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here
