Inspire 2 won't set up

I keep receiving this message when trying to set up my Fitbit if anyone knows what to do that would be great!

Hi there, @Booksandtea. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the image attached. I'm sorry to hear that cannot set up your Inspire 2. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

As a first approach, please verify that your phone is compatible with the Fitbit app, check out Fitbit-compatible devices
