Inspire 2 won't sync or pair

Attention Fitbit owners.
 
I have been trying to sink my Fitbit Inspire 2 I have had for months. I have it in my computer charging and trying to sync it to my phone. I have followed the steps to reboot the Bluetooth. When I hit Search for new device and finds the Fitbit. When I try to sync them it acts like it wants to sync for a minute then stop and it doesn't. My phone recognizes the Fitbit in the setup and gives me a pairing code. They will not sync. Could this be because there might be something wrong with my Bluetooth? Or could it be something else? Thank you in advance.
