Inspire 2 won't sync with Ipad

I am working with 2 older people with a brand new Ipad. One of their Inspire 2s was syncing OK, but stopped and we can't seem to get it syncing again. We've tried deleting the Fitbit account & re-pairing the Fitbit, turning off the Bluetooth and turning it back on again, unpairing the Bluetooth from the Fitbit, re-starting the Ipad etc. We would really appreciate some simple instructions as to what to try next...or where we might be able to take the Ipad and Fitbits to get some in person help. They are both logging in through their Google accounts (different email addresses). Thanks! 🙂

Thanks for sharing with me the inquiry regarding the Inspire 2.

I recommend doing the following:

1. On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.

2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.

3. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. See this link.

4. Force quit the Fitbit app.

5. Reboot your phone.

6. Restart your Fitbit with the steps from this help article.

7. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Set Up a Device.

8. Choose your Fitbit from the list and follow the onscreen instructions.
