Inspire 2 won't sync with my phone

Hi all,
keep having issues with my fitbit inspire 2 to sync to my android phone and tablet
Got a new phone and it would not sync just kpt saying 'taking longer than usual'. I've rebooted phone, fitbit device, turned bluetooth on and off. I am running the latest app and phone software.
i've tried deleting it off the account and readding it. it's just saying 'sorry, the setup is taking longer than usual we're on it'.
 
it started doing it randomly with my old phone and with my tablet. The first few monthsit was perfect and synced instantly. It started to get slower  and sloweto connect to connect then it wouldn't conntect at all either on new phone, old phone or table and hasn't for over a month. 
If you go into bluetooth on my tablet, doesn't even come up as a device anymore.
 
Any ideas? at my end of my rope with this. I haven't been able sync and record in over a month, I am honestly so sick of it telling it telling to me wait whilst it gets it **ahem** in gear.

I am experiencing the same problem. No matter what I do (restart, delete, redownload app), my Inspire 2 will not synch with my iPhone. First it stopped sending text messages from my phone to my fit bit, now it won’t synch at all.
