Inspire 2 won't sync

My inspire 2 stopped syncing two months ago. It is not even getting connected via bluetooth. Nothing updates on the app. I have tried reboot, reinstallation and all the methods mentioned. Please help me out in syncing my device again

Hi there, @AnanyaJain22. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Inspire 2 before reaching out. 

In addition to the steps you've done so far, I suggest trying the following:

  • Unpair your Inspire 2 from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app. 
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Inspire 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Inspire 2.


If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi, I have the same problem as the OP and have tried all of these suggestions yet it's so not working. It temporarily synced again yesterday at random and now it stopped again. I feel this must be a software issue with the device so please get the team to look at this.

I have the same issue. My Inspire 2 recently stopped syncing. I tried all the suggestions. What else can I do? I recently renewed my premium subscription.

Hi MaareFitbit, 

 

I have a inspire2. I can not connect it to my iPhone any more.

 

I did all above. Problem is still persistent.

 

the problem is that: in Fitbit app, from add device, to get the code, these steps are all fine. But after enter the code, it keeps connecting for ever.

 

it was working one while back. but not anymore. I tried tablet, the problem is the same.

Please suggest me what to do.

 

btw, do you have a tool to reload the FW?

Husband and I were having the same problem after 10 months of use. Finally we stopped using them all together because it was quite frustrating. Recently renewed my membership and looking to start tracking again. I've tried all the troubleshooting on both of them last October but will try again once it is fully charged. Is there anything else that can be done? Spending $100 on something that only works for 10 months seems like a scam. Thanks.
