My fit bit inspire wont sync to my phone and i have tried everything

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.
Despite meeting the above requirements, the following devices often exhibit compatibility issues that cause our products and services to not operate properly:
If your phone is not on the list above and meets the requirements to operate properly with the Fitbit app, please try the steps below:
1. Remove the Inspire 2 from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Inspire 2.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. Set up your Inspire 2.

Yeah i eventually got it going but now it wont put the steps in my trainerize fitness app i was putting the wrong make of the fit bit in there

I have the same problem. I have a Samsung S7
My fitbit just stopped syncing. I tired everything you said. I removed, replaced and re-booted and got stuck at the same step.
I get asked for the 4 digit number.
I type it in and then wait for connecting and it fails!
Then it says the usual Bluetooth on/off or contact you.
The blue tooth works because the device is found.
Im stuck in a loop any ideas

I was having the same problem but noticed that it was the worst when either my phone or my Fitbit or both had low power. Plugging them both in made a positive difference. I hope that this helps.
