Inspire 2 won't sync

I did everything re install app - restart Bluetooth - restart watch. It finds the inspire two and I put in the pin and it stops there and a white x in a circle appears on my inspire 2

 

Please help

Same thing with my inspire 2...did all requested fixes...finds the inspire ...I place number and nothing

Thanks for providing the details about this inconvenience with your Inspire 2 and the troubleshooting steps already performed.

Please, let me know if you did all these steps following this order:

1. On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.

2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.

3. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. See this link.

4. Force quit the Fitbit app.

5. Reboot your phone.

6. Restart your Fitbit with the steps from this help article.

7. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Set Up a Device.

8. Choose your Fitbit from the list and follow the onscreen instructions.
