I get nothing but basic sleep info since September 1. No sleep score. Also not giving me info on all my active minutes. Only part of them.

Hello @purplevkm
Check make sure that your Inspire 2 is not set to On Clip mode. This is because when Inspire 2 is set to On Clip, certain features are turned off, including heart-rate tracking, automatic exercise tracking, Active Zone Minutes, and Water Lock.
Your Inspire 2 should be set at On Wrist to enable the features you need. You need the heart rate enabled to see details of your sleep to include the sleep score you want. If your device doesn’t track heart rate, you see your sleep pattern in the Fitbit app. Your sleep pattern includes your time spent awake, restless, and asleep.
To check the settings press and hold both buttons on the sides of the device. You'll get a list of settings. Swipe up until you get to the last one. That's the setting for "On Wrist" or"On Clip". Tap on that, if you need to change it.
😃 I hope that addresses the issues and provides you an answer. Please let me know

Hello again @purplevkm
If the heart-rate sensor on your tracker has difficulty detecting a signal, dashed lines appear. Does yours appear like this:
If it appears like the image make sure heart-rate tracking is turned on in the Settings app (gear wheel) of your Inspire 2. If it is on, try disabling it, sync your tracker then enable it again and sync again.
If the problem continues you can try restarting your Fitbit to see if that helps: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm

On Clip says all features are available but heart & sleep record nothing. On Wrist says heart rate, sleep and other features are unavailable, but shows heart rate but records only basic sleep details.

Hello again @purplevkm
Did you try restarting your Inspire 2? Also do you have an active Premium subscription to Fitbit? You need to have premium to get a sleep score. Is your premium active still or were you using the trial version?

@SunsetRunner You are incorrect about needing Premium to get a sleep score. Sleep score comes on all devices since the Charge 2. You need Premium for the advanced sleep analytics.
