Inspire 3 stopped syncing after Android update

My 3 months old Fitbit Inspire 3 stopped working the day my Android phone had a software update. I have tried everything I found on the app to trouble shoot plus everything I came across online.

I've hard reset the device countless times, I deleted it from the Bluetooth list, uninstalled and re-installed the app about 4 times and while at times my BT sees the device, it simply cannot pair with it. It's been exhausting and a total waste of hours of my time. The app version seems to be the most updated too so I don't know what else can be done. I even tried it on a different phone and it says the Fitbit has some software version requirements (though it doesn't say what they are) and can't pair.

Any clues, anyone?

Hi @PTPeres I sounds as if you have tried most things, but have a read of THIS   Help Article on syncing problems in case something there helps. If you still have problems then contact Fitbit Support
