Inspire HR Dark Screen

Hello, 

My Inspire HR screen have gone VERY Dim, I cannot see anything either indoors or outdoors, from time to time you can see a very faint image. Battery is fully charged and i have tried the reset procedure to no avail.

 

Can you please assist. This unit is only about 5 months old.

Hi @shldon - It sounds like the sleep option may have been inadvertently turn on. To turn it off, press and hold the side button of your Inspire HR. This will bring up your Quick Setting options. Find the Screen Wake setting and turn off the sleep option there. You can find these instructions and more in the Inspire HR manual, page 17.
