I was gifted an Inspire HR for Christmas and Fitbit has replaced it twice since then for the display going blank and not working... now this has happened again for the third time.
I'm beginning to wonder if these are all faulty?
Really disappointing... currently #90 in queue for live chat support

I am completely frustrated. I purchased this Inspire HR with Airmiles points for my daughter as a gift and it has been frustrating us to no end.
It keeps running out of battery, when she charges it the screen freezes.
I've been sitting with her for several hours trying to change the clock (as we saw this was a fix that worked for someone else) and the app just keeps spinning and spinning.
We need help from Customer Support. I do not have a Twitter account and neither does my daughter, who is a minor. So, we can't reach them. This has been waste. I was waiting to see how well the Inspire HR worked before purchasing one for my second daughter. I myself own a HR Charge 2 and it is working well. I was hoping to get all my family onboard with Fitbit devices to help us encourage each other in healthy lifestyles but if this keeps up it looks like I will have to explore elsewhere.
Is anyone else experiencing frustrations with the Inspire HR. How can we REALLY get help to solve technical problems when they occur?
