New Inspire HR. Maps / tracks not showing in IOS App. GPS enabled on Inspire HR.
On IOS App, GPS option not showing with Inspire HR Exercises.
Any ideas?

I have just purchased an Inspire HR to replace a Surge. With the Surge, when I traced an expertise e.g. a walk, on the App & Online Dashboard, there was a map of my route (track).
With the Inspire HR, the map does not appear on either the app or online. I have GPS enabled on the Inspire HR & permissions set up on my iPhone.
Any my ideas or suggestions as to the issue(s)?

@Proph There is a setting for the GPS on the Inspire HR that is different from using GPS on your Surge. From your clock face, swipe down until you get to Settings. I don't have my Inspire HR on my account right now -- but tap on the Settings and somewhere in the options is the choice to use Phone GPS. Make sure that setting is enabled.

My settings already said GPS enabled but maps don’t show now that I have iPhone XS instead of 6. Is it because the app goes to sleep in the back or something???
