Inspire HR “Issues”

I’m having issues with my Inspire HR.  There are a few so I’ll list them and if anyone can help me, I’d really appreciate as I love my little Fitbit!

1. The screen is SUPER sensitive so when I’m walking and tracking a walk, if my sleeve touches the screen, it stops tracking it (very frustrating!)  I do have the sensitivity set to normal but I think this is just for actually counting steps!

2. I am not receiving notifications on my Inspire HR but only relating to texts.  So I get what’s app and call/FaceTime notifications but no texts.  I’ve reset my Fitbit, made sure it’s charged, removed it on Bluetooth, input it again on my Bluetooth and restarted my phone and deleted/reinstalled the app (I think that covers every possible outcome!) oh and I’ve checked that my notifications are set up correctly in my phone settings.
3. I’ve recently changed the screensaver on my Inspire HR to show a little cat face (one of the standard ones in the app). I noticed that when I recently restarted the Fitbit and went to check the time, the cat moved it’s eyes and whiskers. Less than two minutes later, it had stopped doing it and still isn’t doing it now.

4. When I press the button (rather than lift my wrist) to check the time or maybe to set tracking an exercise, the screen comes on and goes straight back off.  So it’s as thought I haven’t intentionally pressed the button (if that makes sense!) and I have to keep pressing it until it shows me the screen!
Any help would be appreciated!

when I push the button it does the same thing, the screen comes on and goes straight back off. but I've kinda gotten used to it, so I don't really see it as a problem, but along with all those other problems: I can see how that can be frustrating.

I’m having the text issue too! I get all other notifications but texts.
