Hi,
When I charge my device the display indicates that it is charging but the battery percentage indicator does not change even when left charging for well over an hour. I have tried resetting the device to no avail (resetting dropped the battery from 21% to 3%). The device was a Christmas gift and this is only my third time charging it.

@pobpob Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your Inspire HR not charging and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help your tracker charge.
Let me know how it goes.

I had the same problem!!! I had only charged it twice (also started using at Christmas). I could only find one port and outlet in my home it worked well in. Then last week it stopped tracking my heart rate. I exchanged it at the store yesterday. I had a Charge 2 Fitbit before this and never had a problem.
