I read the trouble shooting suggestions for the Heart Rate on the Inspire HR and followed them, no solution.
The watch is not quite a month old and the first problem was no sleep details. I spent much time with the tech, but no solution. Then a miracle; it started working. Up until her first time in the pool yesterday everything was working. The heart rate had always been working since she first put it on her wrist, but after her swim she noted the tracker heart stopped beating and she again received no sleep details for the last 2 days.
Is there a problem with lap swimming with the tracker; it is water proof up to 50 meters. She is generally in the water for 60 minutes. She is drying off the watch when she gets out.
So is there a solution I can try or will I have to call support?

My inspire hr is not tracking bmp either.
I got it only a week ago and all was good.
Then suddenly bpm stopped working. Other functions such as steps are fine.
I tried all the trouble shooting methods as well. Bpm still wouldn’t work.
Please help. Thanks

I’ve had my Inspire HR about 36 hours and the heart beat already stopped working. Should I return it, or is there some fix that’s been working? Thanks!

Thanks for reporting the issues with your new Inspire HR not showing your BPM. I'd consider restarting it with the following steps:
Your tracker should now work normally. Please confirm that the heart rate feature is "On" and check if you can see the green LED lights on the back of your Fitbit.
Open the Settings app > Heart Rate > Off
To see your heart rate on Inspire HR, swipe up from the clock screen to see your real-time heart rate and heart-rate zone. You can also check more details about HR on page 40 in the manual.
