Hi guys!
I’ve just unboxed and set up my inspire hr. I’m experiencing an issue that’s driving me crazy. When scrolling up or down through either the apps or progress parts, I sometimes get the screen go blank. Almost like the screen thinks I’ve covered it. This seems to be sporadic. It’s hella annoying though and I’ve restarted it multiple times but it keeps happening. The HR is on my right wrist. If I take off the tracker and swipe through with my fingers it’s hard to replicate the issue but on the wrist it’ll happen. Any ideas anyone?

Hello @Emkwan, it's good to see you around in the forums. I'm sorry to see that you've been having trouble with the Inspire HR display going black while scrolling through the different options available.

I ordered my Fitbit Inspire from the Fitbit store and received it a week ago. I am also having screen issues -- right from the start. At first the screen was blank, but after several restarts, it showed the time. After more restarts, I was able to get other information, but it's nearly impossible to scroll to get to the next screen. Sometimes it just goes blank, or the screen doesn't move from the clock. It occasionally will scroll after several tries. Sometimes I have to press really hard to get it to scroll, and other times, I have to do it very lightly to get it to work. I have been a Fitbit user since May, 2014, and this is very frustrating for me. I hope someone finds a fix, or I may not be a Fitbit customer much longer.
