Inspire HR Screen not Scrolling

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

For like the last month, off and on my Fitbit Inspire HR scrolling ability has been unresponsive. I can click the side button and I’m able to touch the lightbulb, but I cannot scroll or see any statistics. For last week this problem has been constant. I tried resetting it and I’ve chatted with customer service. They then emailed me telling me my Fitbit was apparently out of warranty but they gave me a discount code.
Has anyone figured out a solution to this? I’ve seen multiple posts about this without a real fix.

I have the same issue, I can see that it is working, the stats are on my phone. The band face won't scroll, I also tried to reset. What number did you call for help?

I have the same issue. It works fine before but after I updated it; the screen won't scroll anymore. I updated it cause everytime I open the app the ' Update Tracker Available ' always pops up so I did. And thats where the problem started. I tried resetting and restarting it. Still wont budge. 😭😭😱🙏 What to do 🤪

I went through the Fitbit app!

-clicked on my picture in top left

-scrolled down to Help & Support

-then clicked “contact customer support”

It called Fitbit directly through the app and I talked to someone immediately. They were very nice and understanding, I told them I tried restarting it multiple times already and describe how I restarted it (charging, getting the smiley face). They had me verify my account/email, restart it one more time. Still didn’t work. They asked when I got it, where I got it from to see if it was under warranty. Turns out it’s not. So all I got was a discount code that expires in like a month...

So I guess they may not actually have a solution for us? Sad because I’ve been using Fitbit loyally and taken care of my device and now it won’t function. I may have to jump ship if it doesn’t resolve.

How long is the warranty? I have the same problem but haven't tried to contact fitbit yet. Tracker is 15-16 months old....I am assuming its out of warranty.
