Inspire HR touchscreen stopped working

This evening the touchscreen on my inspire hr stopped working correctly. It will not scroll when swiped. The side button will bring up screen but that is all. If I hold the button nothing happens. It is locked on time screen.

mine was doing the same thing. I went to the article that tells you how to restart your fitbit. and it fixed it. you have to put your fitbit on charge and then push and hold the side button for 5 seconds then if you see a smilely face your fitbit reset and then it should work right . mine did

Thank you. I am not great with technology. My granddaughter had to help me set it up originally but I will try this. Thank you again.

I tried twice before it worked for me. The first time the time only the time showed but the second time I got the smiley face. Remember to hold the button in for at least 5 or more seconds.

I just tried this a couple times, as I was having the same issue, and nothing is working.

Try waiting until you see a smiley face before you release the button.

I have restarted it several times already but the screen still won't work. The Fitbit is working and updating in the app but the touch screen won't work.

I have done the whole restart process as mentioned but my fitbit is still unresponsive, any other solutions?

Try holding the button down for at least one minute. If that doesn't work I don't what will. Maybe your unit is just dead

Same problem.  Screen is messed up.  Tried restart or reset several times and it will not reset.  Frustrating yet another FitBit product has stopped working properly again. Interesting several people are having trouble, but FitBit doesn't seem to be fixing the glitch.  Will continue to try.....
