I bought my Inspire HR 3 days ago. Everything set up and worked for 1.5 days. It stopped syncing @ 9:05am this morning. It is tracking steps and HR, but I need it to see my sleep pattern. I have followed all suggested solutions and no success. It has said "sync in progress" for going on an hour. Please help. I don't want to have to return this. Thanks in advance

Hi @MissKristin What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

I am having the same issue except I just got mine today and it will not pair with Galaxy s9. The bluetooth connection cannot be established with the phone. It does connect with a tablet

@Troyhubb It should work with the S9. I suggest you go through all the steps in the article I linked in my post above, and you should find one that works for you.

Thanks for the help Nelly but I have tried all the steps and I still can't connect. I will keep trying. It is my understanding the Fitbit know there is an issue with Android 9
