Have a inspire hr dosent swipe up or down but and when I hold the button goes to the battery and light but press the light so tried rebooting and smiley face came on but still can not swipe up or down or turn light on

Contacted Fitbit for same issue. The problem was not resolved.

Same here. Tried the reset but wipe is still not working. This problem started for me last week - is there some sort of software update or something that needs to be fixed?

I called Fitbit and the representative told me to reset it, which I did. The reset didn’t correct the swipe issue. I asked could I do a factory reset and he told me that option was not available. He said he would be reaching out to see about the warranty and would contact me by email. I purchased this Fitbit awhile ago and I wonder if this model has reached the end of life?

Received an email and, of course, the warranty has expired so I’m not eligible for a replacement. Hey Fitbit, how about offering to repair the device instead of offering a discount for a new one.
