My battery is not holding a charge as of yesterday. I came to this forum in search of solutions. After reading through some, it seems evident that the problem is not a user error. Therefore, Fitbit will need to create a fix and send out an update....asap.

@LauraK1 Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the battery draining issue that your Inspire HR has experienced. By the way, thank you for trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know what solutions you have tried. In the meantime, try the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your Fitbit device.
See you around.

Last night I charged my device for 3 hours, to 100%. I put it on overnight, and when I woke, it was at 12 %. I charged it again for a couple hours and restarted it a couple of times. Each time I got the smiley face, but no vibration. Now I no longer get a display. The app synced with the device about an hour ago, but will not sync now. Again, I tried to restart the device, but I've got nothing.
I looked through the article that you linked me to. The only one that might apply to me is that my display comes on when I turn my wrist. However, I have had it like that since I got it last year and never had a problem with it draining my battery in less than 24 hours before.
Also, my display scroll was acting janky since yesterday prior to the screen going blank this afternoon.

Same thing is happening to my HR. Charges to 100%, it "smiles" and drains the charge and not even wearing it. Restarted, did all the steps. It likes the smiley face.
