My Fitbit will not charge and gets hot on the charger. I tried cleaning the prongs with rubbing alcohol . Should I buy another charger?

Hello @AnneD007 and welcome to the Community.  It sounds like you have a battery charging fault and a device failure.  Please don't try to charge your Fitbit any other way.  This is a fire hazard.
