Inspire HR blank screen

Hi

 

My inspire HR does not show anything on the screen.

 

I briefly saw a smily face, that's all.

 

I charged it but nothing comes up. Can anybody help please?

Hi there, @jb16. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire HR. 

 

Please restart your Inspire HR as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Please restart your Inspire HR as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Help please

i have tired to reboot my fit bit. Blank screen. Held for 5 seconds and released no smiley face.  
i have tired changing the clock display still blank.  
I can feel it vibrating when trying to reboot.  
the app on my phone displays all my information.  

still blank.

I have the same experience with my Inspire HR. Screen is blank but it's still able to track my activities as seen on the app in my phone. I've tried resetting and changing the clock, but it's still not working. I only got this fitbit last Feb 2020.
