Hi,
I just wanted to check if anyone could help me out with the blank screen on my HR. It doesn't sync with my phone too. When put on charge a smiley face shows up for few seconds and vanishes. every few seconds there is small vibration from the device.
Haven't used it for more than two week. Disappointed with the device. Would appreciate if you could give me a solution.

Best AnswerI charged my Fitbit yesterday n the battery was 80% but it just suddenly went blank..n then I put it to charge some weird numbers came n it’s went blank..I tried restarting it like pressing the button on the charger but it won’t come alive.
