Inspire HR blank screen

It’s went a bit weird this morning and said I’d done 11k steps when I woke up. Then this afternoon the screen went blank and won’t come back on. Tried charging and holding the button. But nothing. Tried turning Bluetooth off and on again but now it’s can’t find the device. Any advice please?

So my inspire Hr will no longer light up or turn on. It’s 12 months old. I was offered 50% off a new Fitbit or a like for like replacement via email. The discount apparently off the new product only applies to smart watches or one tracker. Not the new luxe. Cannot get a sensible response on display sizes comparison. They send me a link on band sizes. Communication is basically crap and might just bin the whole idea. I’m looking for the 3 trackers in 3 years as the products are pretty rubbish. As is the customer service.

Hi @JKB74  really can't see how you say that about customer support. They offered you the option of a discount on a new device or an identical device to what you had. That's not rubbish. Fitbit hasn't given a discount on the newest styles since I've been on the forums and that's a long time. As for the sizes of the devices, check out the owner manuals and sales materials for more information.

A variety of new smart watch not trackers. 
And seriously the responses I’m getting are not from a person but must be a bot. A like for like replacement of a product that failed after 12 months is not good enough tbh.

@JKB74  a bot is an automatic response and these forums have real human beings responding to you. No bot has the ability to reply in the manner that we humans can and have. If you want to use the discount on the new device, you'll have to pick one that isn't the Luxe.

Hi odyssey. I would love to but the tech specs do not specific the size of the display and the bot won’t answer me! I want the smallest tracker available.

I am having the same issue and tried contacting support, referred forums but no luck. The screen is blank. Did your fitbit turn on anyways
