I have managed to break i bit of the plastic where the wristband pins go into, is there anything I can do to fix this without buying a new device?

Hi @Lindz30, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the broken plastic part of your Inspire HR, let me go ahead and forward your case to our Support team so they can review it and provide a solution. You will receive an email from them soon.

Best AnswerThis has happened with my Fitbit Inspire HR too. I did not treat it at all harshly so don’t know why it has broken. I have had it for around 13 months I think, but since I live in the UK I don’t know if this is still covered by the 2 year warranty. At the time of purchase the UK was still in the EU.

Best AnswerMine also broke on the device where the watchband pin inserts into it. The band didn't break. I was carrying a box and it just fell out my wrist. I can't find anywhere on the app to determine when I first added the device to the app and when my warranty started. The device still works and its frustrating that I can't use it anymore. I have had several Fitbits over the years and there's always an issue with them. It's time to try another brand that's hopefully more reliable. Did Fitbit ever resolve your issue?
Best AnswerMine is 14 months, same situation but one year US warranty. I was working at my desk and saw something black at my feet. Surprise!
Best AnswerIs there a solution to this? This happened to my Fitbit Inspire HR. I had just purchased a new faster charger and different bands.... but the plastic bit where you connect a band to has broken. Please advise if there's any way to not have to purchase a whole new device.
Best AnswerCan you please direct me on how I can get mine fixed as well. I have had mine a little over a year and just recently had this same issue happen. I was just filling up my kids pool and it fell off, I noticed that the plastic where the wrist band pins go was broke. I’m hoping to get it fixed without having to buy a new one.
