Inspire HR clock error message

Hi my Inspire HR has started to display  a message' clock error go to the fitbit app and choose another' I have looked and can not see where i am suppose to go to, to change the clock. Does anyone have an idea?

I have the same error. I've looked through all the clocks, both fitbit and non fitbit. None of them are compatible with my Inspire 2. How could fitbit not have a clock that works/is compatible with their product?

I can't even find the clocks , where are they on the app? I have had the fitbit since 2020 this error only appeared a few days ago. Web page not much help either

I'd suggest you restart your tracker by following these instructions. After this retry changing the clock face.

I had the same problem too. I wonder if there was an update or something cause also my device is going dead real quick.  Just a few hrs later and it's dead.  I used to be able to go almost a week without charging so something is up.

Thank you I tried the above and nothing happened. However whilst in the gym I tried to start monitoring an excerise and this wasn't working. I got a bit fed up and keep pressing the side button oand after 5 mins the clock is back to normal and it is now back to how it was just weird

Hi I have somehow managed to sort the clock out. I couldn't get the excerise part to work and keep pressing the side button for 5 minutes. Now the clock is back and everything looks OK. But I agree I have to charge mine every other day I do wonder if it is because my phone is linked to it for messages as well ie text, WhatsApp
