Hello @xrsizer and welcome to the Community. Can you please clarify what model you use? You wrote Inspire, but that model doesn't have a heart rate monitor. Tap on your devices/battery icon in the upper left of your Fitbit app. You will see your model. This Help article lists all the models that have this feature. The Inspire 3 is the only Inspire series model with this feature.
EDIT: I re-read your post. If you just want to see your daily heart rate graph, please tap on your heart rate icon.

@LZeeW Thank you for your help.
@xrsizer , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and screenshot.
As mentioned by our friend @LZeeW only the Inspire with a heart rate sensor will have access to the heart rate tile on the Fitbit app.
If your Fitbit does not have a sensor on the back side, then it's an Inspire.
If it only has 1 button, heart rate sensor, and the display is monochrome, then it's the Inspire HR.
The Inspire 2 has 2 buttons, hr sensor and no colors on the display.
And the Inspire 3 has 2 sensors as buttons and has a color display as well as the heart rate sensor.

@JuanFitbitI'm sorry, but I think you misread my post. My linked help article says that the Inspire 3 is the only Inspire model that can give high heart rate notifications.
