Inspire 2 has stopped sending me any notifications. Not when to move, phone calls or when I reach my step goal or hourly notification to move!

HI, @9584julie! Make sure that you don't have do not disturb activated. You can also try something like setting an alarm that should vibrate and make sure it's still vibrating and it's not a hardware issue.

In addition to the suggestion provided by @MakMak, please make sure to follow all the steps listed here to resolve problems with notifications. This has been useful for other users experiencing the same situation.
In addition to the steps mentioned earlier, make sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed and to check all the compatibility requirements here. Keep in mind that you need Android OS 10.0 or higher or Apple iOS 15 or higher on your phone and that you won’t see notifications on your Fitbit device if you turned on Sleep Mode.

Thanks for your reply. I have done all the steps listed above and I’m still not receiving any notifications!
if I uninstall the app and then reinstall it, will it delete all my data?

You won’t lose anything, those data are tied to your account, not your app. It’s worth a try!

Mine has never sent me notifications I've had it 2 years. Daughters worked for 1 day now nothing. I've also uninstall and reinstalled app couple times. Everything upto date.
