I took off my Inspire HR and didn’t wear it for a week. I tried to charge it, but the screen is black. I tried to do the reset as well, that’s not working either. What’s the next step if the reset doesn’t work? None of the Info I am finding goes beyond that.

The same thing has happened to mine and they told me to restart it... but the restart doesn’t work. The green light on the back isn’t even there anymore.
