My Inspire HR is only 4 months old but since the recent firmware update, it's been unable to correctly track my runs.
I start off frustrated by not being able to connect to the app via Bluetooth, then start a run on the Inspire HR itself and it starts exercise mode. After a while, it automatically exits exercise mode and returns to the normal clock face.
And sometimes during a run, I click my wrist up to see that there is no heartbeat reading at all and I have to reposition the device (wiggling it up/down my wrist) back to the same position because it's already at the tightest I can stand.
What is going on?!

Welcome to the Community Forums @Qwas. Sorry you feel that way about your Fitbit Inspire HR.
If you started having this issues with your Fitbit after the latest update, it might be that you need to restart it to make sure it isn't having hardware issues.
Make sure to wear your Fitbit on top of your wrist. For best results, the back of your device should be in contact with your skin for features like heart-rate tracking and detecting when you’re wearing your device.
Find your fit but be sure you're not hitting the button with your clothing. Your device should feel comfortably secure, not too loose or too tight. This tips will increase heart rate accuracy too. You can also check: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device?
Let me know if there's anything else I may assist you with.
