I've just changed from Surge to Inspire HR and trying to get used to cues.
When out walking it vibrates every KM which is what I've set it to and seems to work great.
When running it is also set to 1Km cues. I run with bluetooth speakers on and found that every so often (I'm guessing it was each Km) my music went silent. Was that supposed to be the cue? I had hoped I might get a voice cue "1 kilometer".
The tracker did also vibrate every so often but when I looked down it was still showing my pace which was the screen I'd selected.
Am I expecting too much from this device or just doing it wrong?

@SilverFerret Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!
Thank you for your inquiry about voice cues. Not sure how your phone is handling both apps or if the music app overlaps any other sound. I suggest you test this feature without music playing to see if you hear the voice cues.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi Alvaro,
Thanks for taking the time to reply.
I'm guessing from your answer that it is supposed to give out an audible cue? Is that right?
I ran again today and there were no cues (it's set to 1km cues). If I happened to look at my wrist at the right time I could see that it had come up with my KM pace/time.
Is this the best I can hope for or should it be vibrating/making a sound??
Cheers
