This has happened a few times now. When I synced my steps to my app, the app said 0 steps and it wiped the steps on my Fitbit!
The steps are also zero on the website dashboard. I’ve manually logged the activity for now but this is getting really frustrating. How can I fix this?

It's odd what you're experiencing. I appreciate the time you took to manually log the activity to reflect the data earned. I see where your frustration is coming from.
In this case, I'd like you to restart your Inspire HR, log out from the Fitbit app, force quit it, restart your phone and log back in. After this, continue monitoring it.
