I lost steps from this morning on my tracker for a 1 hour time period. It shows that I was out walking and that my heart rate increased. How do I get those steps back into my app? I have turned my phone off and back on. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. I have held the button on my app and held it until the smile face came on. Nothing seems to be working. I installed the update that it required. I noticed an issue when it wasn't connecting to my weekly challenge correctly.
Is there anything else I can do beside running over my fitbit with the truck and switching brands?

Hi @ALCE1981, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Is this occurring only with your step count or with other stats as well? Which mobile device are you using to sync your Inspire HR? In the meantime I receive your answers, you can add the steps that were unfortunately not synced with your account following the steps that are specified on: How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?
Looking forward to your reply.

Thanks for your post. To better assist you with the issue you're experiencing with your Fitbit. can you please elaborate? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times? Are you using the Fitbit Inspire or Inspire HR? Is this occurring with steps only? More information will be appreciated.
