Inspire HR died completed

I bought the inspire HR after my Alta died after several years of usage.  Since the beginning this product sucked.  It stopped retaining it battery life and eventually died completed.  Fitbit replaced with a new one.  Several months after that the same think happened and again Fitbit replaced.  It has been 3 more additional months and the same thing is happening.  The battery life is not being held and I expect it to die any day now. I contact Fitbit customer service and all they gave me a 35% discount on my next purchase of their product, since I am out of the warranty phase. 😬

I love FITBIT product, but his product is just a lemon and it sucks.  Apparently, this company does not understand the Lemon law in relation to product on trying to satisfy their customer who have been trying to get a replace or refund.

Has anyone experienced this issue with this product?  Have not decided, if I will be getting another Fitbit Product yet.  I am going to do research on other product and I will make sure not recommend this product to all my friend, colleague and so forth.
