Inspire HR display and vibrations issues

I've had my Inspire HR for a little more than a year with no problems until about a week ago. First, I noticed the the top half of the display had lines through it. Earlier today it started vibrating randomly and the screen won't stop glitching. It's jumping around through different settings and I can't get it to stop. It wouldn't respond to a hard reset either. Is there anything I can do?

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the display of your Inspire HR is switching through different screens and the unit vibrates randomly. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know how the hard reset was performed. In the meantime, try a regular restart as described in this help article and see if the display works properly and it stops vibrating randomly.

Thanks for your response. I did a regular restart as described in the link
you provided. I just thought it was called a hard reset.
I tried again, and the smiley face came on, but then nothing. It won't turn
on at all anymore aside from that when I try to restart.

 

@JuanJoFitbit I'm not sure if my response was noticed. I'm still having this problem and my Inspire HR is currently unusable. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do!
