Inspire HR display is not showing time

I just got the inspire hr a week ago. Everything works but the screen doesn't automatically show the time and what setting it's on. Is there something I can do to make it?

I was having the same problem.

Accidently I pressed and held the button on the side of my inspire. Lo and behold up pop 2 icons...a battery and a lightbulb. If the lightbulb is off you will not see your clock when you move your wrist. Turn that on...hope this helps

Welcome to the Forums @epalops1999.

Thanks for bringing this up. I'd like to help you make sure that your Fitbit works correctly.

I will be moving this thread to the Inspire board as I think it is better suited for it.

In this case I'd like to ask what are you seeing on the Inspire's display? What information are you getting?

Meanwhile, let's try to change the clock face on your Inspire HR and so that you get one that shows the time and the information that you are looking for. You can click here to read more about how to do it.

Finally, could you explain what do you mean when you say 'what setting it's on'? I don't fully understand what you want to see on the Fitbit.

I look forward to your reply.

How do you make the inspire HR show the time by moving your wrist? I want to see the time without tapping the screen several times

Welcome to the Forums @kl1234.

Let me help you get that feature so that you can get the information displayed without tapping on it.

This feature is called Quick View. You can click here to read more about how to turn that option on.

Please also be sure to follow the steps shared by @DebbieJs. Click here to see their post.

I hope you find this useful. Let me know if there are any other questions.

Hi - this solution has no information relevant to the inspire hr model so it needs updating. There’s no option for quick view on the browser dashboard.

Is there a way to make time the default display, rather than always having to twist my wrist or walk through options?
