Inspire Hr not showing display it on but it not showing anything it black and the battery it full please help.

@Siyamncwanho Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the screen issue that your Inspire HR has experienced.
I'd like you to restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, monitor your Fitbit device and see if the display works properly.

Inspire HR not showing any display time or any foot steps nothing but the battery is ful.

Hi Juanjo, I am experiencing the same problem since yesterday. It happened all of a sudden with no warning nothing. My Fitbit started to buzz for about 3 minutes then went black! It’s fully charged but not syncing and not tracking anything. Yes I did try to restart 3 times to no avail… I have had this device for only 12 months, and it’s my 3rd one. It seems they are programmed to self destroy after about one year…
