Inspire HR display problem

Hi! I just joined up but have been searching in this community since buying my fitbit just over a year ago (Mar 2020). 

Wondering if anyone has an idea as to what happened to my display... It will not display properly with it shaking around from left to right and also it will not hold a charge for very long either. I took a picture of the display but I cannot attach it here, and I can't explain it another way other than shaking back and forth. I have reset it numerous times but have not done a factory reset yet.
