My Fitbit Inspire screen will not swipe. I have changed clock faces numerous times. None will swipe. I have done the 8 second restart numerous times. No change. I did the 15 second restart. No change. Do you have a solution to this issue other than repeating the previously mentioned solutions which have not worked. It seems like it is a pretty common issue, from looking at these boards. Any software update coming out that might fix it. Or should we just give up and stop buying these Fitbits?

Thank you. Issue will be resolved by Fitbit being replaced under warranty.

Mine,
Follow-up, #1 & 2 were resolved when I connected to my smart-phone, instead.

Received a replacement "refurbished" Fitbit HR as it was under warranty. New "to Me" unit won't even turn on. Matter not resolved. If I hold the button for about 15 seconds I get the smiley face, and then, nothing.

Mine did it again.
Smartphone sync did not fix it this time.
Changing the exercise shortcuts while connected to my PC fixed it this time.
Dropped running, added weights.
Dropped weights, added running.
Turned GPS off at running.
(I am guessing that reconfiguring the watch causes it to reboot.)

Good luck with that, I'm on my SECOND replacement and it still won't work - same gray line.

My first one did that, as did its replacement. I could set up neither using the PC connection.
I was able to set it up by using my son's hand-me-down smartphone for initial setup.
After that, it worked with my PC, too.
