Inspire HR display

My new Fitbit Inspire HR is not pairing with my phone. There is a line on the display screen that will not go away. Please help.

Hi @Jess061182, two questions:

 

1.) What's the make and model of your phone?

 

2.) Is there another supported device that you can sync it to?

 

Try charging the device, that line might mean that it needs a charge.  Leave it on the charger for two hours and see what happens.
