Only a month and a half after purchase, my Inspire HR has given up the ghost and died. Resetting the fitbit hasn't worked and nothing is shown on screen but the error code or a smiley face when resetting.
I'm not best impressed.

Since it didn't solve the issue you're having with your Fitbit device, I've requested to our support team to create a case on your behalf. I just got this today too. Except that I can't restart it even. I've tried. It also stopped syncing about 3 weeks ago. I got mine in the early release and loved it. The battery really did last about 4-5 days which I can live with. Now it lasts maybe a day and a half. But now there error message

I'm having the exact same issue. Fitbit Inspire HR screen went black for a couple weeks now displays FitBit logo with AKNEJDCO and 001. Very frustruating as just purchased the device at the beginning of March. Please advise.

@YojanaFitbit I have tried to restart multiple times as well as going to the location I purchased from. Still no resolution - get smiley face then blank screen and error message. I would like to get a replacement - the store is unable to do so but noted FitBit provides a 1 yr warranty. Please let me know how to proceed.
