Hi there. My brand new Inspire HR wont download the update. It wont connect to my phone via bluetooth either. I've done everything that was recommended. Turning off and on wifi, bluetooth, the phone, the tracker. I've uninstalled the app multiple times. I've removed the tracker from my account and added it back on. Is this an issue with the new firmware? Is this going to be resolved? This is my first fitbit and I have to say I am not impressed.

I would try rye update now. Fitbit says the firmware update issue has been resolved.
