So having been a faithful fitbit man since 2013 and the 1st product! I've now taken the plunge and have the HE inspire and fancy Scales.....loving them both.....that's where it hits a brickwall. The Inspire glitches and no longer automatically syncs, I have to unpair the Bluetooth each time and it manually syncs, plus HR fails to show in realtime.....wait for it, tech support said take it back to the seller and ask for a refund, we can't help and here's me thinking that being a customer for 6 years stood for something.....

Hi @Addisor, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm glad to hear that you have been stayed with us since 2013, that's amazing!

Thanks a million for taking the time to share your feedback and your Fitbit experience for the past years. I apologize for this bump on the road using this model. Our team is taking care of your case using the options that your warranty allows.

We're working really hard on finding the cause root for this inconvenience that you're having with your Inspire HR. They think this is the best option for you at this moment but I encourage you to keep communication open with them, so you can share how you feel about this. Thank you for your understanding.

If you need anything else I'll be around.

I find it very difficult to believe that the best course of action is to take my fitbit back and get a refund! What do I then do, buy a rival product? This just cannot be sound advice. Unfortunately i purchased the HE inspire whilst travelling and don't have the receipt or chance to take it back, so £80 in the bin.....thanks fitbit
