Just received my new Fitbit Inspire HR. Wordst purchase ever so far. Forces me to upgrade the firmware and it crashes. Screenbar won't continue and can't shut it down.
Is there a money-back warranty?

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, run the firmware update again and see if it gets completed.
